On March 8, 2025, International School of Engineering organized an online pre-departure experience-sharing session for the 2023 undergraduates preparing to study in Poland. The session was hosted by counselor Cui Afeng, with all 2023 undergraduates attending virtually.
此次会议由克拉科夫工业大学（CUT）、比亚韦斯托克工业大学（BUT）在波职工代表赵奕然、谈阳、梁之丰、黑晨昕使用线上会议的方式向即将赴波留学的2023级员工介绍留学前签证材料准备细则以及在CUT、BUT职工活中的相关经验，积极发挥引导作用，助力打造国工“传、帮、带”互助模式。通过在波职工在线分享，2023级员工更加身临其境的感受波兰的职工活与教育文化。
The event featured online presentations by current students studying at Cracow University of Technology (CUT) and Białystok University of Technology (BUT), including Zhao Yiran, Tan Yang, Liang Zhifeng, and Hei Chenxin. These student representatives shared detailed guidelines on visa documentation preparation and practical experience on the life at CUT and BUT. During the session, the students actively raised questions on topics such as visa procedures, course schedules, and living expenses. The senior students patiently provided practical advice. Post-event discussions reflected the attendees’ strong interest and anticipation for their upcoming journey.

Li Zhaoxuan (2023 Architecture Major) expressed eagerness to immerse herself in Polish education and culture. She looks forward to exchanging ideas with peers worldwide, sparking creativity through cross-cultural interactions, and growing into a globally minded talent.
