为营造良好的学习氛围，助力员工逐梦世界，2025年3月24日，作为太阳成集团tyc234cc学风建设系列活动之一，“星途逐梦”留学服务指导中心揭牌仪式暨首次留学系列讲座在现教A1020隆重举行。公司党总支书记杨萍，经理黄凌翔，党总支副书记孔伟，副经理李光旻，各系系主任，教学办全体人员以及员工代表共同参与此次活动。本次活动由教学办孙艺华老师主持。
Aimed to cultivate an enriching learning environment and empower students in their pursuit of international academic aspirations, on March 24, 2025, as part of the learning style construction initiatives of International School of Engineering (ISE), the grand opening ceremony of "Stellar Path to Dreams" Study-Abroad Service Guidance Center alongside the first lecture was held in A1020 at Modern Education Center. Attendees included Yang Ping, Party Secretary of ISE; Huang Lingxiang, Dean of the College; Kong Wei, Deputy Party Secretary of ISE; Li Guangmin, Vice Dean of the college; all the directors of the four majors; faculty members from the Teaching Affairs Office; and student representatives. The event was hosted by Sun Yihua, a faculty member from the Teaching Affairs Office.
1 领导致辞明方向，揭牌启航展未来
活动伊始，经理黄凌翔发表致辞。他强调，中心的成立是深化国际化教育、服务国家“一带一路”倡议的太阳成集团tyc234cc举措，旨在培养具有国际视野与家国情怀的新时代人才。他指出，当前国际形势复杂多变，青年学子肩负着讲好中国故事、推动文明互鉴的使命，中心将围绕“专业化、个性化、全程化”理念，构建覆盖“留学规划—语言提升—海外护航”的全链条服务体系，并依托海归学者、行业专家团队及多元文化交流活动，全面提升员工的全球胜任力。经理寄语学子“胸怀天下，脚踏实地”，鼓励其将个人理想融入国家发展大局，用智慧与担当展现中国青年的风采。中心未来将持续搭建桥梁，助力更多学子走向世界舞台，为构建人类命运共同体贡献青年力量。
Dean Huang Lingxiang delivered the opening remarks. He emphasized that the center’s establishment aligns with the Belt and Road Initiative and the college’s commitment to fostering globally competent talents with both international perspectives and patriotic values. Amid a complex global landscape, he highlighted the mission of young students to share China’s stories and promote cross-cultural dialogue. With the approach of “professionalization, individualization, and integration”, the center offers end-to-end services spanning “study planning, language improvement, and overseas support” and leverages resources such as overseas returnee scholars, industry experts, and multicultural exchanges, aiming to elevate students’ global competitiveness. Dean Huang encouraged students to “embrace global aspirations while staying grounded”, integrating personal ambitions into national development. Moving forward, the center will serve as a bridge, empowering more students to shine on the world stage and contribute to building a shared future for humanity.
随后副经理李光旻详细介绍了中心的服务内容与特色帮扶形式，表示中心以“扎根太阳成集团tyc234cc、辐射全校”为定位，聚焦员工留学核心需求，通过“小而精”模式解决员工文书撰写、专业作品集优化（建筑园林方向）及院校匹配等痛点，全面提升申请竞争力。中心创新推出LCTM全方位指导体系，整合“讲座（Lecture）—小组（Club）—辅导（Tutor）—导师（Mentor）”四维服务，涵盖专题讲座、专家员工分享、英语B2考试专项培训（口语/听力/写作），以及作品集小班指导、一对一文书润色、选校申请一对一咨询等特色内容。最后，副经理呼吁员工们积极关注学院后续活动，充分利用资源，“以高效规划突破留学壁垒，用专业能力叩响世界名校之门”。
Vice Dean Li Guangmin then detailed the center’s services and tailored support programs. Positioned to serve the entire university while rooted in ISE, the center addresses students’ core needs through a “small yet refined” guidance model, offering essay writing guidance, design works optimization (for Architecture and Landscape Architecture majors), and strategic university matching. The innovative LCTM (Lecture-Club-Tutor-Mentor) system integrates four dimensions: themed lectures, expert and alumni sharing sessions, B2-level English exam training (speaking, listening, and writing), and application guidance, as well as personalized service including small-group design works workshop, one-on-one essay polishing, and one-to-one application counseling. Vice Dean Li encouraged students to actively engage with upcoming programs, stressing the importance of “efficient planning to overcome barriers and professional excellence to unlock doors to world-renowned universities”.

The ceremony reached its climax as the college leaders and the guests jointly unveiled the plaque for the "Stellar Path to Dreams" Study-Abroad Service Guidance Center, followed by a group photo and resounding applause.
2 时空胶囊寄愿景，首场讲座启新知
活动第二篇章的“留学心愿封存”环节充满温情，员工代表将写有留学目标的信件投入“时空胶囊”，中心承诺一年后回访，见证梦想的成长轨迹。
The event’s second chapter begins with the Wish Sealing in Time Capsule activity. Student representatives deposited letters detailing their study abroad goals into the capsule, with the center pledging to revisit these aspirations one year later to track their progress.
随后，首场留学讲座以“本科毕业出国深造时间规划”为主题，由校外资深讲师主讲。内容涵盖留学原因、留学前准备、案例分享以及留学热门地区讲解等，为学子们提供了切实可行的建议。互动问答环节中，员工踊跃提问，讲师一一解答，现场气氛热烈。活动结束后，师生自由交流，进一步探讨个性化留学规划。
Afterwards, The first lecture, themed “Strategic Timeline Planning for Postgraduate Study Abroad,” was led by an external expert. It covered motivations for studying abroad, preparatory steps, case studies, and insights into popular destinations. During the Q&A session, students actively posed questions, fostering a lively exchange. Post-event discussions allowed further exploration of personalized study plans.
